Experience: Drafting more than one thousand sale, lease and other contracts in the field of residential and commercial buildings and land; reviewing the legal status of real estate, performing due diligence on large commercial properties; representing clients in the sale of real estate; advising investors developing real estate projects; day-to-day advice to real estate agencies on matters of the legal status of real estate; making payments and other elements of transactions; representing clients in inheritance proceedings and drafting agreements between heirs; preparation of documentation for the sale of immovable property (regulation of relations between co-owners, obtaining administrative permits, preparation of easement agreements, obtaining information on construction possibilities); representation of clients before administrative authorities in the sale of agricultural land; implementation of procedures concerning the exercise of pre-emption rights; preparation of documentation and representation of clients in tax proceedings; assistance to clients in obtaining information on the value of real estate from real estate agencies and valuers; preparation of documentation for foreign buyers, including establishment of companies; advice on construction contracts, contracts with architects, surveyors and other real estate advice.
